Switch Synthetics Virtual Vehicle Show Contest!

1. Overview and Legal Structure

Sponsor: Switch Synthetics LLC.

Promotion Type: This is a Skill Contest. The winner will be determined by a judging panel based on objective criteria, not by random chance. Purchase and submission are both required to enter.

Prizes:

     Grand Prizes:  Two (2) AMSOIL Traxxas Remote Control Toys G3920-EA (ARV of each prize: $425.00; Total ARV: $850.00).

   Runner-Up Prizes: Ten (10) Limited-edition, 195-piece AMSOIL UTV Blocks sets Product Code G3937-EA (ARV of each prize is $15.00; Total ARV $150.00).

      (Total ARV for all prizes is $1,000.00)

 2. Contest Period and Winner Selection

  Contest Start Date: November 20, 2025, 12:00:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

  Contest End Date (Entry Deadline): December 14, 2025, 11:59:00 PM EST.

  Winner Selection Date: December 15, 2025.

3. Eligibility and Entry Requirements (MANDATORY)

To enter the Contest, an individual must be 18 years of age or older and meet all three of the following requirements:

 Be a Qualified Preferred Customer: Have made a cumulative purchase total of one hundred dollars ($100.00) or more on AMSOIL products from Switch Synthetics LLC during the calendar year 2025.

  Submit Content: Create and submit the required content as detailed in Section 4.

 Agree to Terms: Agree to these Official Rules, including the Content Usage and Publicity Release in Section 7, any submission is an agreement.

4. Skill-Based Entry Submission

Each eligible Preferred Customer must submit the following content (the "Submission") to enter the Contest:

  Prompt: The Virtual Vehicle Show requires entrants to show how they use AMSOIL products from Switch Synthetics or show off the vehicle it is used in.

  Submission Format:

      Visual: Up to ten (10) high-resolution photographs or a video clip (maximum 60 seconds) of your vehicle or equipment.

      Text: A brief narrative (minimum 2 sentences) describing how you use AMSOIL and the benefits experienced.

  Submission Method:  Fill out the form or Email the Submission to ([email protected]) with the subject line "Virtual Vehicle Show Entry."

 5. Winner Selection and Judging Criteria

A panel of qualified judges from Switch Synthetics LLC will evaluate all eligible Submissions based purely on skill, using the following weighted criteria:

 Criteria, Weight, Description

Clarity of AMSOIL Use 25% How clearly and persuasively the Submission demonstrates the use and benefit of AMSOIL products.

Enthusiasm & Creativity 25% The originality, style, and passion displayed in the photo/video and narrative.

Quality of Execution 25% The overall technical quality (visual clarity, presentation, editing, etc.) of the Submission.

Technical & Visual Impact 25% The overall visual impact, uniqueness, and apparent modifications of the vehicle or equipment shown. |

The two (2) Submissions with the highest total scores will be selected as the Grand Prize Winners of the G3920. The next ten (10) highest-scoring Submissions will be selected as the Runner-up winners receiving one G3937 each.

Bonus Points for Sharing

Entrants may earn up to a maximum of 10 Bonus Points added to their total judging score. One (1) bonus point will be awarded to each qualified new customer who is not currently a Switch Synthetics LLC customer and who provides the referrer’s name and phone number at the time of their first contact/purchase.

 6. Social Media Endorsement Disclosure (FTC Compliance)

By submitting an entry, the entrant agrees that if the submission is posted on social media, they will use the hashtag #SwitchSynthetics and #VVS25 in their original post and/or in the required narrative to clearly disclose their participation in a contest.

 7. Content Usage and Publicity Release (UGC Rights)

By submitting an entry, the participant grants Switch Synthetics LLC, and its agents, an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit the Submission (including the participant's name, likeness, and social media handle) in whole or in part, in all media (including, without limitation, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube) for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without further compensation or notification.

8. General Conditions and Tax Implications

Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any, that apply to the prizes. The prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed. Void where prohibited by law.
